Imagine (#5, 2025) turns the cycle from diagnosis toward the faculty that might begin to answer it. Imagination appears here not as a private faculty or aesthetic luxury but as an operative force — the capacity through which new forms of environment, subjectivity, and spatial experience first become thinkable. The issue is composed of an editorial section and a constellation of invited contributions, each gathering imaginative moments that sketch a new environment, its architecture, and its modes of perception while keeping them open and unresolved. Across image and text, Imagine maps a register in which the world is not described but rehearsed — a space in which what does not yet exist is given a provisional address. It is the fifth figure in the Silicity Protocols cycle, and the one through which the periodical first names imagination as a cosmographic instrument.
